these poor people.

out of the frying pan and into the fire. just when you think it really can’t get any worse for them, it does.

pat buchanon made the allegation that haiti was cursed. a little quick searching on the net led to a wiki page that explained how some voodoo priests really did agree to sell the souls of everyone in haiti for 200 years if he would free the haitian people from france.

that’s been more than 200 years ago.

the press made a big deal about what a retard pat buchanon is for this stupid belief.

but ya know. lookin at what has happened to haiti in the last 200 years or so.

i’m just sayin!

  1. Never underestimate the power of the supernatural! Here’s hoping that this curse is now paid and the folks in Haiti can have a real government now.

In that vein, why has the press not made a big deal about the absolute failure of the Clintonian interference in Haiti in the 90s? Just wondering. Maybe they did and I missed it?

  2. Are you kidding, RX? The press is in bed, by and large, with the perps of which you write. Far better to take potshots against people with an R in their political affiliation than tackle such stories.

Besides, the basis of the story to which you refer deals with religion that is not Christian, so it’s protected. Better to mock Pat Robertson than alienate a non-mainstream group.

    Blearg.
