He's kind of a whiner.

The Saudi Arabian Human Rights Commission has every right to lodge a complaint that European Muslims aren't free to practice their religion. And whoever receives that complaint has every right to tell them to stuff it. As for their complaint about how people link terrorism with Islam, well, that's awfully general. It is true to a small degree, but the rest is indeed hysteria. They don't need to be "run out of town and dumped in a river" (torturing somebody for speaking their mind?!).

A UK grocery chain said that their Muslim clerks don't have to handle alcohol? Great! That is a decision a business can make for themselves in the free market. A Muslim pharmacist refusing to sell birth control? Hey, we had that case in the US w/ Christian pharmacists!

He has a problem with a large mosque being built in London? Poor fucking baby.

"It [Islam] thinks it has the God-given right, aptly enough, to make the rules, not just for Muslims, but for everyone"
Again, this sounds an awful lot like US Christians.

One of his main themes is that the Saudis are backward, which I agree 100% with. Another main theme is that they are largely responsible for terrorism, which I think is a bit simple-minded at this point. Though I agree with him again when he says he hopes we can wean ourselves off oil.

Agreed. Maybe a bit extreme for me at the last bit, but for the most part, I liked it a lot.
